I know you said your husband prefers a male, but i was about to recomend Chihoko Harrison
Jaksin D. replied:
If he wants to try working with a Physiotherapist, I would recommend he check out Greg Bay at the Abbotsford sport and spin on west railway in Abbotsford. He can work with the injuries and set him up with an exercise routine.
Donna H. replied:
I strongly recommend calling a physiotherapist who has a kinesiologist on staff. They are specially trained together to work with injuries and you don't want to play around given your husband's injuries. The upside hear is that if you have extended health it's covered. I can recommend Pro-Motion Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic in Abbotsford but I'm sure you can find one here in Chilliwack if you want.
Tina K. replied:
I REALLY recommend Gordon at Ascend Fit he phoned my physiotherapist and discussed my hip and knee injuries and the types of exercises that were ok. The best part is I would just go and talk his ear off the whole time while I'm working out so it's like therapy and personal training, and you don't think about what you're doing so I find it easier to push myself. He is a kinesiologist. Tanja Grad Shaw has a great staff of kinesiologists!
Jaksin D. replied:
Last I knew Greg Bay was still at Abbotsford Sport and Spine.

I know u said u wanted a male trainer, but I cannot say enough good things about Terrina Mason at living active fitness. She is very knowledgable about rehabbing injuries and helping you reach your fitness goals properly - Making sure you have proper technique and form. She works with a lot of male clients and will definitely make u feel comfortable.
