Looking for a good optometrist in Chilliwack for my kids. I think they need glasses!

Ben at Sardis Optical is excellent. http://livechilliwack.com/spot/sardis-optical/
Lindsay T. replied:
I go to Iris for eye exams (so far, taken 1 child for an exam and she was great with him) ... I really like the docs there but I DO NOT buy glasses from them. I get the perscription and go to Sardis Optical for everything. Ben is fantastic.
Mandi P. replied:
Pacific eye doctors on Mary. Dr. Bauer has been seeing me for 25 yrs and now he sees my kids. They can also bill directly to some insurance company's.

Pacific Eye Doctors are excellent. Two locations: one by Superstore and one on Mary Street.

Clearly Vision (I think thats the name) near Shoppers in Chwk. They have a doctor there 2-3/wk and kids get there eyes checked for free. Pacific Eye charges $35 (last time I was there).
New to town and have yet to set up new resources for my family... just learned today my 5yr old may need glasses and have a referral to send him to optometrist

FY Eye on Mary. My kids just got their complete sets for $149. My son didn't fit the kids sizes so they went to adult frames and still gave me the deal. My daughter got Roxy frames so not cheap ones. Lots to choose from. We're going to do the Superstore free pair for "emergency" pairs. ;)

Iris is great for exams and https://www.facebook.com/135402413215312 Sardis Optical for all your glasses
My children need to see an optometrist. I'm looking for reviews on a place in Chiiliwack (or Costco in Abbotsford) that is excellent with children who have attention...
Geraldine D. replied:
Chrystal Vision in Southgate Plaza is excellent with children and I think there is no charge for children either. Won't hurt to check. The doctor there was great with my grandchildren.
Danielle E. replied:
Dr Law at Iris is good with my girls
Kim E. replied:
You can also get a free pair of glasses for kids 6-11 at Superstore. My kids just had their exams done at FYI Doctors on Mary. The exam was less than 10 minutes and the doctor (Cullen) was great with both of them. Make sure you do the entire exam and not just the vision test. At FYI, they did charge a fee above what MSP covers but my medical covered it. I think it was $25?
Best optometrist in Chilliwack? NOT Image One (horrendous service!)
Jacie T. replied:
The one at Costco. She doesn't sell glasses or contacts so no pressure to buy plus Costco has the best prices on contacts and great designer frames. Before I got Lasik I got Ray Ban frames with transition lenses for just over $200 with tax.
Since everyone was so awesome helping on here with my mattress dilemma... now my son and I need an optometrist in Chwk! We need one that does direct billing to...
