Spay Bay is in Panama City, they are run by the Humane league behind the police station...look them up! They just did our puppy and they were so sweet. Cheap too!

Spray Bay in PC is very cheap. They are very good and we have taken 2 cats and 2 dogs there. Never a problem. They do a great job and very nice.
