Lesley at Waltham Physio (the one by the Waltham medical centre) can't recommend her enough. She did a lot of work with me on my back and all my hubbys pre and post surgery stuff when he did his ACL - she is the only reason he actually finally got through as hosp kept saying it wasn't and she picked it up. Really, really good and lovely person.

Everybody knows a "good" physio or chiro or whatever else that they're still seeing. My question is this, does anybody know a good osteopath for backs in Christchurch...

Stephen McCann from Moorhouse Osteopathic (not far from your new premises), great British guy.. wicked sense of humour, and knows his s***... can do a bit of acupuncture in the mix too if its needed. He's not cheap, though neither is a herniated disc. I use to see him once every 6-8 weeks just to make sure everything was in check. I would recommend him to anyone! Sam Bell has also seen him..
Anybody know if there are any osteopaths open on a Sunday ? Done my lower back in ....had to be a Sunday didn't it , I'm sure I will have to wait to tomorrow morning !...
