Depends on what you want to do and how you want to travel? Travel Cafe (online) booked my last lot of flights. Berlin & Barcelona are on the top of my list so far - and Amsterdam so be fair.

if your just going there I would just book flights and accom yourself and save some $$. We planned our 4 week coast to coast trip ourselves, no trouble. PM me if you have any questions, I can tell you where you should stay etc etc. San Fran is such a cool place
