Mike Dixon is amazing!!! He changed my life when I was ready to give my puppy away to another family. She's the best behaved dog in the world now and it's almost crazy how well she listens. Highly recommended!! Tristatecanineobedience.com and he's on Facebook.

Mike Dixon, Tristatecanineobedience.com specializes in aggressive dogs (& does wonders with non-aggressive dogs.). Pretty sure that's who Carrie Mike Brixey above is referring to, also.

I've been going here for over a year now with my GSD. Alice and Larry are both great people who take dog training seriously. PM if you have any questions [http://www.alicesdogschool.com/](http://www.alicesdogschool.com/)

My rescue dog had some aggression issues towards men, and she also had what we thought were allergies (lots of licking, especially her paws). Eventually we ended up putting her on a dose of anti-anxiety meds, and it turned out her aggression and allergies were... anxiety! We didn't consider that because she had no separation issues, but it was a big help. If training doesn't resolve the issue, discuss this with you vet.

We did all of our training with Brie at Best Friends Pet Care and we still do day camp and boarding with them. They do small group training but also do private training sessions to work with you directly on whatever issues you're trying to address. I really can't say enough good things about their facility and the people who work there. They all really care.

Can anyone reccomend a good dog training class for a 7mo old puppy. I wanted to give red dog a try, but the girl running the class never called me back...

Cincinnati Canine Companion Center in Loveland will have your dog minding. It is not treat based. My strong willed dogs really respond well to Mary Jo!
