We just bought 3 side screw Lift Master openers from A@E. NOBODY could beat their price on 3 openers installed. But we did also buy 3 garage doors. We got the Home and Garden sale discount also.the side jack or side screw openers are the newest on the market. No more overhead opener. Mounts to the shaft of your door spring. Of course they are a lil more expensive, but they are very quiet.
