Schuerman Inspections. Dan is the best inspector I have ever run across, extremely thorough and takes his time to explain things very well. He once spent about a half hour drawing diagrams and explaining how a heat pump system works to a client of mine who had only ever had gas forced air. Expect it to be a longer inspection than what you will get from most places.

I bought a home in July. We went with Cincinnati Certified Home Inspectors; we chose not to go with who our real estate agent recommended. We had called several different people, but I definitely think Don has the best follow-up. We had a very short time window between signing our offer and closing, and Don was very very accommodating and thorough.

He was very thorough and explained every single thing he did since we were first time buyers. He provides a large binder with a detailed summary and pictures and was extremely responsive.
