You should call Mike at The Powerstation Gym, It looks like hole in the wall from the outside, but, it is a no nonsense gym, not a meat market. There's a personal trainer there that Halle used for a while before we moved. Her name is Amy Sibcy. She's awesome. Mike doesn't make you sign a contract. If you don't like, you don't go back. Amy's services and prices are separate, though. 1821 S University Blvd; Phone (513) 423-9514

I'm a survivor of depression and anxiety, who still lives this everyday, it's great you are there supporting him, if you can encourage him to see a GP, guys sometimes find it hard to share and take it from there, but if you are having any concerns, PLEASE PLEASE contact 0800 number to Community Mental Health, they are available 24/7. We aren't walking in his shoes and don't know what's going on in his mind.

Cincinnati Fitness Boxing is a traditional style boxing gym. Not sure what kind or training or classes you are looking for but you can talk to one of the trainers there to see if they have what you want.

It depends on how far you want to live. (if you're driving to work, Hyde park or Oakley probably have more options)... According to zipwho.com , zip code 45220 has a median income only $26509, which is 10% bottom of the nation. (I just don't want to use ghetto to describe where I live...)

Vanessa P. replied:
Zeke Zekoff in Blue Ash. I know it isn't close, but he has been charging me 50 dollars for years to spay stray cats and give them all of their shots. He charges high prices to the east side suburbs then goes to the inner city on the weekends and works for free. I know his name is odd too, but I still call him over 4 years later and he gives me free advice. My family has been going to him for 20 years.
Jess B. replied:
Both my sister and I use the same vet service- Monfort Heights Animal Clinic in Monfort Heights. The vets and vet techs are really great! I am not sure if they board, but I know a great dog sitter. She has a ton of experience and will stay at your home with your pets. She is knowledgeable about a wide range of animals as she has had quite the variety. She has dog sat for my parents and is my sister's girlfriend (so pretty much she is family). She even posts updates for those owners that want to check in Let me know if you want her contact info. She is super sweet and will treat your pets like family while you are away.
Jennifer A. replied:
Dr McCarty at Howell animal hospital in Clifton. Dexter can be difficult, and she's great with him. I don't know if they board.
