I'm putting that in the "dream" list for the dog park (might be a far off dream, though!). I looked the description and it sure looks like fun for the furbabies! "Oakland County Parks and Recreation celebrates the close of the waterpark season with 11 th annual Waterford Oaks Waterpark Dog Swim. The dogs-only swim is from noon- 4:55 p.m., divided into five time slots by dog size and features contests for Best Wet Look and Best Swimsuit."

I found one in Troy, the family aquatic center, that's doing one Saturday too. That's just a straight shot down 53! Only $10. Also, there's a kennel, Misty Meadows, in Melvin that has a pondish thing. I've emailed them for more info.
