I recommend Tune Up on University. A little pricier than any where else in town ($25) but the stylists know their stuff. They also do beard trims, straight razor shaves, and manicures. Best part...the waiting area is a bar and you get two free beers!

I go to Whitney's and it's $12. I always get a good haircut! It's way better than sports clips

4.0 Cuts on Church St. I recommend Jessica she does good stuff. She does beards,straight razor, and new style cuts.

I go to Angela at Hypnotik Salon off Texas and Dominick. She's better than my stylist in Austin, and I would drive up to CS just so that she could do my hair. Super reasonable, 20 bucks and I always tip her 10 bucks.

Kali Shafer at North in Downtown Bryan is VERY good! Also, if you prefer a guy I had Terry at Elegant Cuts on South College cutting my hair for years. He does a great fade!
