Realtor and Mortgage Broker and Home Inspector Hi
Any recommendations for a buyer's agent and a good mortgage broker? I am looking in the Dallas - Plano - Addison -...
SellingLater replied:
We just interviewed a bunch of people in real estate in that area for our consumer education panel. Here is who we have found so far...
Teo Pfister is a really good lender, great communicator, and really takes her time to explain everything.
Bud Rozell is a good home inspector. He has been doing it for 25 years and is a long time member of Ashi (ashi.org is always a good place to start when looking for inspectors).
Steve Lester, Andrea Morales, and Amy Jacobs are also good agents for the North Dallas area. All have different personalities, but all are really great with clients and know their areas well.
And because I love transparency, I want you to know we do not get paid to refer any of those people. We are just on a mission to highlight good people in real estate, and these are a few that we have found so far.
Hope this helps! Good luck!

Academy Mortgage is pretty amazing! I work for them so I'm biased but they are a company that works really well together. Also, I would be more than happy to send you some realtors to reach out to (or have them reach out to you) depending on what you're looking for

Susan Polson with Ebby! She's rock solid and has a great team. Integrity Mortgage was also exceptional!

I recommend myself as a Realtor. : ) PM me for more info. I've been working in the Dallas market for close to twenty years. I have a terrific lender. Alisha Baty the Mortgage Lady, [Alisha Baty – Equipping and Enabling People to Live Their Life’s Passions (efinitymortgage.com)](https://efinitymortgage.com/loan_officer/alisha-baty/) And when it's time for that inspection I have two great options. I have been contacted recently by a broker that offers a loan program based on your investment portfolio, that offers much lower than anything else I've seen. Less than 2%.
Looking forward to showing this home tomorrow. Showing instructions include : Do not go in backyard. Dogs will bite. If client/agent does not like dogs do not show...
