Thanks a lot everyone for the help:) I was totally over weight and I changed my diet to healthier food and only had this for dinner and in 2 weeks I lost 3.5 kg. Now i'm eating healthy and going to the gym. If anyone is interested my dietitian is Dr. Ranil Jayawardena. He's a really nice person:)

It is usually high potassium food, reducing intake of salt, good to webmd.com very helpful site. If the patient to is diabetic you need to be careful of too much potassium , took care of our dad with the same issue. Have to also do test and monitor urine, blood sugar. Asiri has some u triton is it I am sure you doc can guide you.
