Hardscape Contractor Recommendation I'd like to get a stone or brick paver patio put in over the winter/early spring. I know exactly zero hardscape contractors. Anyone...

We had a 16’x16’ paver patio put in a couple months ago. We had never done a project like this but were very happy with our contractor and their work. Check out https://franciscapes.com. The pavers were back ordered so it took longer than expected but Francis kept in contact with us along the way and it only took them a day and a half to complete. Prices were also the best compared to others we got quotes from.

We used Meadows Farms. The finished product turned out ok, but we had a number of hiccups including a large azalea that was dug up when we didn't ask for it to be, sloppy installation of low voltage lighting and incorrect measurement of a stacked rock wall that means it stops short of where we expected it to end. I would not recommend them.

I got a 10'x12' paver patio installed by F&M Contractors. They did great work and were fast, inexpensive, and cleaned up after themselves very well. I'll definitely be going back to them when I get my concrete walkway redone.

A-Quality Heating and A/C has always been good to me, but give the home warranty people a try. Hopefully you don't need a new system, but I've heard if you do, home warranty people are going to replace with a really cheap system (builder grade or less), not something nice like a Carrier or Ruud, just so you know.

Steven knows the details but we went with the energy savings ones (we have two units) and we saw a huge savings in our bills over the summer AC months. And, the house is a way more consistent temperature. The new units are much more efficient then the old ones. More comfortable with AC and heat. We used BGE Home (which is not BGE). I'll ask him for specifics and message you.
