Have you tried a probiotic formulated for dogs? Especially after being on an antibiotic these conditions can be exacerbated. Helping with gut flora can make these things a lot more manageable or even get rid of symptoms. I get mine from mercola.com but I'm sure there are other good ones out there. Best of luck!!

Dr. Gunn never did any cutting on me or my dad. He had pre-cancerous cells 'burned' from his face, and I have roceasia (sp?). In all honesty, back when MD's battled with DO's, the saying was if you wanted surgery go to an MD because in those days their answer to everything was surgery where with a DO it was less likely. But it's different now. They both do cutting. My bro was a DO first, then an MD, now a radiologist, lol.
