Does anyone have a good referral for a pool person or company other than Blue Water Pool and Spa? We have searched online and contacted another company without any luck!

We are in Landrum and have used Hot Springs Pool and Spa in Greenville. There's also one in Asheville. They were reasonably priced, professional and knowledgeable. https://www.hotspringspools.net/

Looking for great spa/massage options as a gift for a friend in Columbus. I've seen the highest rated stuff on Columbus Yelp, but thought I'd give this subreddit a shot...
Mudcrutch replied:
I just bought a gift certificate at Charles Penzone, which I am guessing you have read about if you were looking up reviews. Plenty of locations around town: www.charlespenzone.com They are pretty nice from what I have seen.
iwantac00kie replied:
I like the Spa at River Ridge. It's much smaller than any of the Penzones. The lobby is a bit more peaceful. Penzone's massages are also good, but it's just not as tranquil of a spa. I do NOT suggest Massage envy, BTW. The massage I got was pretty good, but they run off of memberships. I would not want to give a gift with a hard sales pitch attached.

What side of town is your friend on? Of the spa's I've been to (including Charles Penzone) this has been my favorite. It's small but cozy. The hot stone massage was by far the most amazing thing I've ever experianced. [Tranquility Day Spa](https://www.tranquility-spa.com/)

I've been to Mukha and they were really nice, the atmosphere is good. It's also in the Short North, very near good places to eat.

You can get one at Penzone for $85! I know that’s a little out of your range but they’re pretty worth it imo

Are you looking for a spa experience (large space, cucumber water, nice waiting room, other salon services offered, etc.), or are you okay with a less cushy (but still very nice and clean) place? 100% recommend Celena at Therapeutic Concepts Massage in Westerville. She is incredible and really nice to work with. They do a package deal of six massages where I think it works out to $55 per 60 minute massage.

I love Allvera on 5 th in Grandview ($80 and they often have email promotions plus you earn points that you can use for discounts). I’ve tried other places and always end up back there. https://www.allvera.com/

I recommend Well Within Collective they have a bunch of independent therapists that you can book with, Terry at Panda acupuncture is also great and is really flexible with times and Shawn Compton in Clintonville is also great, hope that helps!
Sallman11 replied:
Go to places like hand and stone or massage envy. Each place does a first time visitor discount. That’s ya you can figure out if you like a light relaxing massage or a deep massage that beats you up a little bit but feels great afterwards. Once you settle on the type your looking for try those places until you find a location with someone who can provide what you are looking for. I’ve went to a ton of places and my favorite is at a massage envy now and I got a membership but if the girl who does my massage was to leave I would probably also leave and find someone else
