Nails Lounge by Polaris. Great job, tiered pricing (express to luxury), and male mani/pedis that are priced differently based on the lack of polish. Also, they are open during convenient hours for 9-5 ers. Bonus: next door to frozen yogurt and sushi!

I used to go to Central Nails in Gahanna for many years, but they've recently gone through some personnel changes and it's not the same - pedicures start chipping off after only a few days. Now I'm going to Nail Quest out by Polaris. They have several options for pedicures, and I don't imagine they'd have any problems with being male-friendly.
