If you are in downtown Concord, there is the Chocolatier on the corner of Union and Cabarrus. AND Sweet Life Bakery inside 2 Gals Kitchen up the next block on Union (but check hours). There is also Dough in Afton Village (NYStyle bakery). None noteworthy (my opinion) in Harrisburg except the grocery stores.
