Shanon R. replied:
I saw both Charlotte ENT and Northeast ENT mid January when I was diagnosed with hearing loss. My preference is NorthEast. I saw Dr. D. He was very kind to me especially under such difficult circumstances.
Jamie B. replied:
Dr. D is really pro-active. I dealt with strep throat for YEARS and my pedi would never take my tonsils out. Finally at 21 they were removed after 2 visits with him. He said it was ridiculous that they allowed my body to build up a tolerance to antibiotics. He took them out and I've never had any type of strep or horrible throat issues again.
Does anyone know of a good ENT doctor

Charlotte Eye Ears Nose and Throat in Salisbury, I don't like the Concord office. Dr. Dorton is really good and patient.
Novella S. replied:
My son went to Dr Jarchow. I ended up going to wake forest in Winston Salem for Dr. Brian Downs. He is amazing. I had to have a Pericranial Flap to repair my perforated septum. (Pretty much had to peel my face down to my eyebrows to get tissue for the septum) he is awesome and has some of the BEST bedside manner I have ever seen.
Looking for a good ENT for hearing problems and possible hearing loss for an adult. Any recommendations?

Laura C. replied:
My husband is hearing impaired, wears hearing aids & has for years, & sees an excellent audiologist at a place called Sound Advice in Fort Mill...He goes all the way to Ft. Mill b/c this particular audiologist is there. The previous company had offices around the area, changed ownership, etc. & this audiologist wound up opening his own office in Ft. Mill...His name is John Davis, BC-HIS. He is also hearing impaired...Getting the right "fit" for hearing aids is both science & art. You have to have the "knack" to make them work....This guy is very patient & dedicated to making it work. He will make adjustments as needed until the patient is happy & can hear good. That's why my husband goes to him & no one else....Living w/ someone who is hearing impaired presents challenges. Best of luck to you. http://www.soundadvice-hearing.com/

Dr Jarchow@Cabarrus ENT is great with my son. Highly recommended him.
Karen K. replied:
I went to Northeast ENT for my daughter and was not happy, I much prefer Dr. Malonee at University CEENTA.
Stephanie K. replied:
Liz my experience isn't with my own kids however working as peds nurse with many of these dr for years. Ceenta in Charlotte is great place if your child has a serious condition. Bronchial Malaysia, tumors. There is no one better then Dr Mair. However if it's simple kids stuff, ear infections, seasonal allergies than I too love DR Jarchow.
Andy Y. replied:
Dr. Malonee and Dr. Lovejoy at Charlotte Eye, Ear, Nose & Throat are the absolute best! Highly recommend both of them!

Looking for a good GI (adult) and ENT. Suggestions. Thanks.
Connie A. replied:
Thank you Amy. I was trying to remember his name. Dr. Falcone is the one I had when I was hospitalized for an uncontrollable nosebleed. He was very good. Kim, he is in Univ. on same side of Mallard Creek as Trader Joe's.
Sharon D. replied:
I went to him, gave diagnoses, ordered MRI. I haven't talked to him since my first visit with him. Had to get results from my lung doctor. Went to Dr..klontz at same clinic at South Park . Diagnosed with BPPV. I saw Falcone in October, called him 5 times, MRI done in November and still have not heard anything from him. His assistant did call and told me he was out of town and would call and discuss mri . have not heard from him. I suggest Dr. Klontz. He is thorough, his assistant gets back to you immediately.
