Skilled Painting Services (there are 2 different companies if you search on FB so be sure to call the right one): his wife, Cyndi takes the calls. You may have to leave a message but they'll call back: 214-339-4050 Luis & his assistant Jaime painted our old house that we're going to lease out and some small paint jobs in our new house (kitchen, kitchen eating area, guest bath and one son's room). He's very detail oriented and does a lot of prep work, and is meticulous...very clean lines, went over touch up areas 3x in our home to be sure it was done right. I referred him to a friend and when she got several quotes, considering the extra work he put in his bid (he recommended some wood be replaced) his price came in lower than the others overall when factoring in replacing the wood in some areas. He also does carpentry work on the side.

Your Handyman Dfw 214-676-8575 Abby, I have used him several times on Chinaberry and now on Main St. Very professional, on time. charges by the hour and doesn't play around in and out. He will come by ahead of time if you have multiple items to do so you will know what it will cost you. He has changed out lights, toilets, hung curtain rods, etc. etc. Lots of people in our new hood have used him and all have been very pleased. Good luck
