It is so difficult to secure a home as a buyer right now. Multiple offers, over asking price, homes selling in a day, realtors using tactics like showing over the weekend and holding off presenting offers until Monday. Just stick with it! I have seen her steer buyers away from a house they might have bought bc she knew it didn't meet their complete set of "needs" and most of their "wants", and they were so relieved afterward. The sale is less important to her than having a happy client, even if it takes a little longer to get the deal done.
