Whatever you do DONT use Tip Top Tree Service. Owner is Steve Colmonero. We paid him to cut down a dead palm & grind out the stump then replace it with a new one. He cut it down & said he needed the money to purchase the new palm. Then, he took off with our money & didn't come back.
