I used to go to Dr. Lewis. We found out that one of our cats was diabetic and would need two shots a day. In that visit alone he said three times that it would "change our life" and that we should "go home and talk about it". That was our last time going to him. We've been at Best Friends ever since. That was about six years ago and many, many shots later. There was nothing to "think about" and the fact that he said it three times really made me wonder....

Highland Veterinary is a good place but they lost my business. I was with them for 16 years. Two years ago I had some sick puppies and I called to see if I could bring them in and the lady that answered took my name and number and said she would call me back NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL my 2 puppies died that night. Last year in February when I come home from work my dog had got out of the fence and was limping and holding up his front leg. Once again I called Highland and the lady said she would talk to Dr.Lewis and call me back. I waited almost a hour and again NO RETURN CALL. I called Best Friends and without hesitation they said come in. Someone gave me a very sick dog in March, (I did not know she was sick when I got her) she had to stay a week in Best Friends and they saved her life. Someone is at the facility 24hrs a day so I was able to call anytime and check on her. They are more expensive but have saved 2 of my fur babies. I would highly recommend Best Friends.

Ppl I could tell you all about Dr Warlick and bestfriends that would make u sick try letting a man's dog die and charge him 500 before he could even see it in the freezer and he got his start at upper Cumberland do what you want know what I'm talking about
