Hero Dog Rescue is a small dog rescue organization located in this area. We rescue dogs from various situations and make sure they get the proper treatments to make them well as well as spay, neuter, microchip each dog and foster in our homes until we find the perfect home for them. To learn more you can go to the Hero Dog Rescue group page and donate by going to:https://www.gagives.org and donate to Hero Dog Rescue.

Feral Cat Program of Georgia could really use donations. We are a local non profit group that helps cats and kittens. Unlike most these group we don’t have a shelter but a network of foster homes that foster cats until they get adopted and all the volunteers pay out of their pockets for cat food and litter and any help would be appreciated. https://m.facebook.com/FCPGA/

You Lucky Dog Rescue, www.youluckydogrescue.org is a 501C nonprofit rescue organization that is nonbreed specific and also doesn't shy away from major medical issues (see our FB page where we highlight some of saves this year). We are an all volunteer, foster home based rescue that fully vet our dogs, rehabilitate if necessary with training and carefully screen adoption applicants so that our rescue dogs go to homes that will give them the love and care they deserve with their second start in life. We are always in need of volunteers, fosters as well as funds.

https://www.facebook.com/1530703040505030 Forsyth County Georgia Animal Shelter is our local animal shelter that in takes strays etc (other groups then can pull from them but most won't take strays at first) the last time I was there they mentioned needing donations! I dropped off old towels and bedding and they mentioned needing toys.

Is there a rescue group or animal shelter that could use about 15-20 cans of wet dog food? Our dogs did not do well with the change in food so I want to donate. Thanks!
