FYI. It is not simply a county policy, it is Georgia law that out of state rescues have to have a Ga. out of state Rescue License, or they have to have a Ga. Rescue willing to pull for them. Kathryn Colwell Contact a Ga. Rescue who will agree to pull for you and arrange transport.
