Georgia Driving Coach. We offer the 30 hour joshuas law class and behind the wheel package options. We are a teens only school, so no dui or defensive driving classes. We are located off of exit 13 right before old alpharetta rd. I would be happy to help you. :) 470-239-4294

Choose one that teaches them real world driving scenarios via classroom and actual driving Skid control, threshold braking, 2 wheels off. I, myself, have started doing track days and people have no idea the capabilities of their cars. Kids need to learn what it feels like to brake as hard as possible, they need to know that jerking the steering wheel when they go off is the worst thing they can do. Street learning won't cut it. No way, no how. Get them learning early. I would suggest this one: http://streetsurvival.org/ $75 for 8 hours of classroom and scenario time may be the best money you can spend.

Fear This for Life was awesome. The parents had to do the same driving examples as the kids. I got called a chicken more than once. It's hard driving at a cone 30 mph and not slide when slamming on brakes.

My daughters used Ga Driving Coach, and it went well. I did teach them a lot, and they honestly got enough hours with me to where I could have signed, but I know kids sometimes pay more attention to what an actual "official instructor" says than "just dad" and this is a pretty important skill, so I figured it was worth it. Having covered news for decades, if there is ONE, and I mean ONE skill I would say it's critical to have your son know absolutely, it's what to know when he drifts off the right edge of the road. Given our narrow shoulders and dark roads, you know it's going to happen. I have lost track of the number of wrecks, many fatal, that I've covered where someone drifted off on the right, panicked, yanked the wheel left, and crossed over, either hitting someone head on, or hitting a tree on the other side. Please teach him to not panic, just slow down, stay in control, and gently bump it back onto the roadway once the car is going slow. It may save his life. He needs to practice that to the point where it's second nature. Find an empty straight stretch and make him do it, slowly at first, don't just explain it.

Georgia Driving coach has flexible programs. You can pay by the hour and decide how long you want them to drive with them. We were fine with the basic driving, but paid for 2 hrs with Brad Edelman at GA Driving Coach to teach them test prep and parallel parking. Totally worth it!!

I used AA Academy of Action Driving School & DUI class. It's next to roosters & across from DQ in the center of town. I even took my test through them. That was 7 years ago. I had classroom & driving time.

Ok, it's $375 totally covers Joshua Law requirements. 30 hour classroom and 6 hour behind the wheel. The student can attend classes either in Johns Creek on 141 or in Roswell next door to Andretti's. Pickup always at the house for drives (unless the kid lives someplace like Big Canoe). Must drop off for in classroom 30 hours. A1 driving school

yes to Fear This! My older daughter went through this after being in an accident. Excellent class, and my younger daughter will be taking it as well. I think it should be a requirement for new drivers! Woodrow Gaines is on FB as well, or google it.

Mary Kennedy Bryant, there's a great class that BMW offers in SC for hydroplaning and such. It's my understanding that a tire company offers the same in the winter at Six Flags in Austell as well.
