I can also recommend the http://www.batterie-du-holdy.com there is a small museum in the house and an anti air gun with full emplacement/ditches in the garden. The guy Jean Ferrolliet also has a jeep and can take you around, which is amazing experience in the early morning. He is close to St Marie du Mont.
