I think most clinics do take it. You might try Dr Cassie Brown at Western Slope Animal Hospital outside of Olathe, she's amazing, but I would ask for her only. Otherwise 2 Rivers is good and I've heard amazing things about Dr Vincent. I think his office is in Paonia or maybe Hotchkiss.

Dr. Vincent is wonderful but he will not fix your puppy if its not 6 months because they are not fully developed before then. The animal will have potty issues as well if they get fixed earlier than 6 months.

I use Dr. Vincent in Paonia, WORTH the drive. I also use Dr Dorr in Delta, he's great too. My daughter took her cat to SC to be declawed it cost her 275$. Dr Vincent would have been 75$. I took two dogs in to Vincent for their shots and one had a blood test for thyroid today. 125$

You'll get a ton of responses - my 2 cents is Betsy's Pet Parlor and I like Surface Creek Vet but there are lots of city ones I hear people like. I would say that Dr. Vincent at North Fork Vet in Paonia probably gets the highest ratings in the area for both service and price.
