Ask at your hotel or guesthouse. If you want something specific then find a place that has a bunch parked outside and ask. It seems like everyone has a friend, brother, cousin, etc that will find what you need.

I rented mine directly from the hotel I was staying at for the first night and kept it for the whole 10 days of my last visit, then returned it on the last day and went on to the airport. Hotel is the Kuta Bagus View, fairly close to the airport as well. Scooters were in top condition and almost new, with little more than 1,000 km down. Been taking it all over the island - once around (in 3 days) and countless times across, no issue whatsoever.
