Try Cheeky Monkeys on the top floor of Beachwalk mall. It's a child care place that I've used many times. The staff are great and my daughter (3 years old) always enjoyed it. There are usually expat kids in there. You could pop your child in there for a few hours and walk/taxi to a spa.
