In Denton there is Courtney Barton for primary care and there a really good gynos in Denton. However, with UHC you will need to see who is in their network. They will NOT pay if it is not one of their chosen doctors. I found this out the hard way.

You could also research Dr. Fredrick Cummings at USMB. He is amazing. I have been with him for three years now and he is my gyno for life.

Dr. Heather Bartos is a holistic OB/GYN with a unique fun practice, very capable, I think takes high risk. At Crossroads on 380 going toward McKinney about 15 minutes out. Worth it.

OK, I have had MANY MANY Denton friends recommend Dr. Finger. (I know, right????) Apparently she is great. Even if she married a guy whose last name is so hilarious for an OB GYN.

I go to a nurse practitioner in Dr. Cummings office. Her name is Mary Eberhart. I like her a lot.

Not sure if you want to travel, but I work for MAHEC (Mtn Area Health Education Center) Family practice and OBGYN. Search it on google. Most of the drs in western NC and more have gone thru our residency program. We do job shadows and interships. Located in Asheville NC.
