usely th e County hospital and i think some of them set you up depending on income .We also had one in Ft.Smith,Ar that my Daugter saw,dint have insurance was woeking partime & going to college and i write a letter to their chairty dept and told them the all story that she had no money and they waved almost alll the bill.....A thought.
