All Pro service center on 1 st. They usually have a coupon for oil changes, at or under $30. The manager is honest with you and not pushy. I've been going there for years and never disappointed!

Costco or Sam's for tires. And I've used Ankeny Walmart for oil changes and never have had an issue. LOL although after they're done and park my car, before I drive off I get on my hands and knees to make sure the oil drain plug is in. I'd do that anywhere though
