Really glad I chose an eye clinic that had both optometrists AND ophthalmologists. I see the regular eye doc (optometrist) for eye exam/glasses, but I had an emergency with vision loss, and they worked me in the same day I called. Turns out I needed an ophthalmologist (an M.D. who specializes in eye surgery). Very thankful for the excellent care I received from Dakota Eye Institute, and they have a north and a south location. And yes, they take VSP vision insurance.

We order ours from Eyebuydirect.com. Lots of selection and good prices. You can upload a photo of yourself and have glasses put over it to get a rough idea of how you would look in them too.
