The ymca has a great summer camp and has an access for all policy, basically the mom can apply for subsidized day camp. She just needs to go in person, fill out some papers and show proof of income and rent etc and they will pro rate the cost of day camp ( if she qualifies) The Y also does this for swimming lessons and memberships . The ymca has an excellent day camp good ratios and the kids get a swim lesson 3 out of 5 days plus the have an outing or special activity every week ( I work at the y)

Camp Sportmax at College Gerald Godin. Great selection of different camps, my kids loved it.
