You can always call JPJ Mechanical at 215-292-8478. Their prices are unbeatable and the owner is as honest as they come. If you put a sprinkler outside and allow the cold water to hit the outside unit it will drop the temperature inside.

I own a local HVAC company and in my experience it looks to have been leaking for some time now. Most likely beyond repair. The low cost option is to try a new gasket on the indirect coil, but no promises. To replace the system, round numbers would be $5500.
