We stayed at Windsor Hills once...we rented one house and our relatives rented another. They were GREAT. 3 bedroom, private pool...we rented a car, but they had a shuttle service if you needed it. We have used priceline a lot. We have stayed at Orange Lake, you can book through Holiday Inn now. We also used eBay once to rent a house. All good experiences.

I don't remember the name of the neighborhood we stayed in but we rented a 3 bed condo with a private pool. It was fabulous and very inexpensive in comparison to staying in a Disney resort, especially since you can have some meals at the condo. I used villadirect.com

Orange Lake is a huge complex - timeshares & rentals. My sis had a lovely 2 br, 2 ba condo. Lots of pools for the necessary 'off day' after walking the parks!

In 1989 the school tax was $1800 here in Ridley, This year it is $4350. about 8 to 10 years ago it went up $800 in 1 yr (new school $50 mil) and they snuck in a swimming pool ( 5 mil) which was to be open and free to all Ridley residents. That never happened and of course the tax never went down,County tax $1250 Township tax $900. Thats $550 a month just in tax.
