Used to love Hot Wok in Exton until we found China Pavilion in Frazer - 10 times better!!

China Palace Next to Tommy's makes great dumplings and is our go-to for take out. We also like Fusion restaurant near shop rite and Applebee's, they have Japanese and Chinese. We usually have sit down sushi which is really good but the few Chinese dishes we've had were good as well and I have seen people picking up take out orders.
Jennifer G. replied:
Hong Kong on Boot Road. It's take-out or they will deliver and it's always good.

We like Oriental Pearl on Paoli Pike, nut they don't deliver. I've tried Wasabi and Han Dynasty once each, and both were good. Rarely eat Chinese lately as my husband can't eat it any more.

Who can forget the Kona Kai Polynesian restaurant at the City Line Marriott?
Frances H. replied:
Who can forget Fran O'Brien's? You all are probably too young to remember it and to remember The Tavern where my Uncle Tom from Tipperary, Ireland, served as a waiter for years.

Pu Pu for two!
Frances H. replied:
We weren't so far....just Earlington Road to City Line and over City Line. My parents NEVER went to a nice restaurant. IF, IF we went out to eat it was either Howard Johnson on Haverford Ave and City Line or some Horn & Hardarts. Although, when we lived in SW Philly for part of a year, we'd go up to Tribbs Bar and go in through the Ladies Entrance because they had good seafood dinners on Friday....that was '48.
Marilyn C. replied:
Closest to the. Kona Kai today is the Mai Kai in Ft. Lauderdale. For the Main Line, the The New Tavern is still great! Best Veal Parmesan and everything else, and fairly authentic Ceasar salad.
