http://www.acuphysio.ie Would highly recommend. I had a herniated disc and within two weeks I was bright as rain. Services include shock wave therapy (miracle!), acupuncture etc! Lovely people to deal with too and do late evenings!!

Frank Gleeson will be taking the Philosophy, and although we will study the Sutras and Bagavad Gita, the main emphasis of the Philosophy with be the transformational power of meditation and its history through eastern and western philosophy. Frank has a Degree in Philosophy, a Chinese medicine licence, and has been studying an practicing meditation since his Karate days in the 1980's. He is also a musician! When faced with a class of students who have such a wide diversity of education to date, we have found that "less is more" for Philosophy, and the practical application of mindfulness tools sometimes serves far better than text.
