There's so many out there I go to Charlie https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=1498000710323388&id=387335551389915 she is brilliant and very reasonable and will show you what stretches etc. to do to help and improve your movement. I've heard good things about a Thai massage place near Dealz, can't remember the name. But might be best to stick with a physio for now and top up with the occasional Thai or Swedish massage. Nothing worse than back pain, you can do nothing it's very frustrating.
