Joe Fitzgibbon used to be good and worked from the Merrion Medical Centre, though I don't know if he still does ..... I'm an expert in NLP which is great for helping to manage the problem, but it's good to treat it organically too .... it's very much in the body ......

If you live elsewhere I would suggest searching this website for a *registered* dietician in your area. Lots of so called nutritionist are not qualified to give expert advice and they do not have medical backgrounds. Do you mean a national event Jacky? If you're thinking Cuidiu branch level, maybe just mention your idea to your branch committee so that the events' team can try to source a speaker locally. Many HSE areas have a "health promoting dietician" who can be contacted to ask if they can offer a seminar or similar. Otherwise, try contacting the paediatric interest group at INDI - https://www.indi.ie/about-us/special-interest-groups.html

Would be very interested to see if there's lots of folk who'd like such a session. BTW, there's a few diet plans online - though some will be more about losing weight safely while feeding, rather than optimising nutrition and avoiding snacks, which is more what you seem to want.
