We have several options for local, hormone/antibiotic-free, grass fed, pastured beef at the Carrboro and Durham Farmer's markets. I usually focus on buffalo from http://www.sunsetridgebuffalo.com/ (who is at both of those markets). Alternatively, if you want to split a cow, bison, deer, or other, I could be game.
