I am sure credit is an issue with them all. Try Dr. Craig in the morning, they are usually there, not sure why no answer. I don't know if he will do it without a credit app but worth a try

You HAVE to try Dr Brandon Tyler- same building as evergeen health. Im super dental anxious. Felt like I was with friends. Dental care did not hurt like previous dentists.
