I'll second Garrett Construction. They were great to work with and build high quality homes. They have a few lots around Eagle Mountain, and I know they have one in Kiowa Valley, which is near Pony Express Elem. Or, if you find a lot, they can build on it.

We are building with Pine Canyon Homes (pinecanyon.org) and so far it has been a wonderful experience. We are less than a month away from being done. They are a smaller company, so the prices are much better than the larger companies, and you have much more control over every option of your house. You get your own lot, then they'll build whatever you want on it.

Garrett Construction built our home and did an amazing job. They are local here in Eagle Mountain. Would highly recommend them!

We built our first house with RCM and had a pretty good experience, but I know a lot of people have been disappointed with them. We recently built the house we are in now (that we LOVE) with Brad Wilson, Wilson Construction Services. Great experience!

I'll probably give you TMI when I share this. About 3 years ago we refinanced our home (from 15 down to 10 years). We were given 10 choices of persons/companies by UCCU to do our title search. UCCU was charging us something like $850. I didn't accept that, but I did my research and it ended up costing us $204.00. All this to say that one of those appraisal companies gave us more information than she was supposed to give us. Our home is built very well! However, we also found out that we had paid $100,000 more for our home than we should have been charged. Our home was built by Bangerter Builders. I commend the persons that built our home. We won't be building another home, but this Brad Wilson sounds like a stellar guy!

There is a ton of new development going in around Black Ridge. Edge Homes still has bigger lots, north of the school are custom lots with big lots, then on the new road that goes up the hill from Ranches Parkway there is a builder with smaller lots.
