Call up Ken Francisco at Toyota Gear Install. Goes by the name Zuk on the forums. He did my diff build on my T100. Shipped it down to him in Arizona. Did a great job, and short of shipping, did it cheaper than local guys. Check out his write ups on www.gearinstalls.com
OK... so you know that everyone in the complex has been having problems with fridges going out? We did some research and had a Electrician that we trust come take a look...

I think the builders (Sundance Homes) went bankrupt and are out of business. But that's just what I heard. The developer's name is Dan Gifford with PG Development LLC. (http://www.thegatewayvillage.org/about/) Has anyone else had the pump in their jacuzzi tub go out? We can't tell if it is the pump that's bad, or if there is an electrical problem, but it won't turn on. And it's probably only been used less than a dozen times since our building was built.

So where do we want to go with this? I personally do not think it is too late to go to the city. When you have 136 units, the majority rented, it took time for us to determine there was a problem. I think the city should be responsible to rectify what was overlooked in the inspection. My fridge repair alone cost me $300. I would gladly help fight this so I don't have to fork out another $300 in two years. Amy Cardon or Daniel Child do you know who at the city we should contact about this? It would be nice if the city would hire an electrician to come and install a dedicated line in each home and we as a community pay for the material? The city already dropped the ball on us a few years ago with the unknown water meters. It seems as though they got sloppy with the complexes. We are PG tax payers too and we deserved a decent inspection.

Ugh. Are all builders as crooked as Sundance? FYI for everyone, I believe Sundance is currently known as "Flagship Homes", so don't buy from them. I agree with Aaron, I am not sure if there is anything we can do at this point, but it would be great if we could.

Bryce Haymond, the jetted tub is connected to the GFI outlet in the master closet. The same thing happened to us. Just reset the GFI in the master closet and try that. This is also against code. There are many other things against code in the condos. Heather Stapleton had a problem with leaking pipes. A plumber came to fix it and found that the plumbing is not to code. Lets see if we can find who the inspector was. The city had to pass off on this at some point in time.
