Okay so in Nov I was told I had plantar fasciitis in my left foot. It has been reasonably fine until the last week or so. It is pretty awful right now. I need help....

As Marie said, my hubby is an LMT and knows reflexology also. He is a lifesaver when my foot flares up. The frozen water bottle helps with the inflammation too. I would also highly recommend Dr Faux at Central Utah Orthopedics. It takes a bit of time to get in but he has designed several different shapes of orthotics that work for a variety of foot issues. After two years and 5 foot docs, he was able to figure out what was going on with my foot and provide a solution and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. The orthotics cost me around $35.

After faithfully doing the exercises in this vid, I was able to avoid a visit to the doctor :) The stretches begin around 3:40- the cross friction massage hurt but gave me the most improvement, by far. I had to change my walking shoes. Hope this helps :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hauyuX-uCq8

foot/ankle ortho specialist Dr Joos in American Fork and Provo. Had major reconstructive foot surgery on august first with no complications. I have to do the other foot soon. I have a dear friend who had surgery for your problem in July and is still suffering, but he did go 4 wheeling 2 weeks later......

I had planter fascitis so bad a year ago and could hardley put weight on it with out fear of falling. I used Deep Blue from Doterra and have been pain free since..I used it for about a week.
I am looking for a good knee Doctor that works good with a teenager. I think they call them orthopedic but I am not sure. I would like someplace fairly close like...
Andrea H. replied:
I would highly recommend Dr Matthew Poulsen. His office is in Provo, but definitely worth driving a little farther for a good dr. He specializes in knees and shoulders
