Eaton Rapids has a few! Union Street Center has a three year old preschool 663-7433, Head Start offers preschool free to those who qualify (apply online at the Eaton Great Start website), Eaton Rapids Montessori offers a three year old program at Lockwood 663-8194, I believe Humpty Dumpty does as well.

Humpty Dumpty. Getting ready to end our first year there and start a second year in the fall. I vote for HD:) We love it. My son loves it. All the families are wonderful and the teacher is amazing

The young 5 s program at Greyhound Central is amazing! They take naps and Mrs. Miller is great with the kids.

My twin boys did young 5's last year and it was the best thing ever for them! They have a late October bday and just weren't ready for Kindergarten. Mrs. Miller is awesome with the kids.

Humpty Dumpty Cooperative Preschool is in Eaton Rapids and the only co-op preschool in the county. There is a 2-day program for 3/4 year olds and a 3-day program for 4/5 year olds and they are half days. The co-op is optional. It is a wonderful preschool with VERY reasonable tuition!

There are many great preschools in the area. Greyhound Early Learning Center at Union Street and Small Blessings at Methodist Church both have preschool programs with their childcare. Humpty Dumpty offers 2-3 days per week. Montessori is at Lockwood and offers half-day or full day tuition preschool. Great Start Readiness is full-day and is funded by a grant through Michigan Department of Education and is free for parents.

They have a early 5 at Greyhound Early Elementary in Eaton Rapids with the kindergarten it's just for early 5 that don't meet the cut off yet very awesome teacher

Eaton Rapids Montessori at Lockwood is an awesome place to start him! Our daughter has been going there since she was five and we adore the teachers and the way they teach.

Erps Montessori is a great place for preschool. The structured program fosters independent learning and working as a community. In addition the program is able to utilize many positive aspects of the elementary school.

In ER we have great start readiness, head start, Humpty Dumpty, and a Montessori program at Lockwood Elementary. There is usually more information and open houses in March or April if you are looking for next year.
