Grand Ledge Cooperative Preschool is wonderful!! My 3 rd son is currently a student there. I love the teachers, families, and the way we all work together to make it successful!

GL Co-op is wonderful. I know several families who have sent their kids there and both mine attended. Can't say enough good things about them.

Wacousta Co-op is the very best! They teach zoophonics which is the same program GL uses in their kindergarten program. My son "graduated" from there knowing how to read, write, add and subtract. He was completely ready to take on kindergarten. An added bonus is the family atmosphere. I am still friends with most of the parents I met during my two years there! I highly recommend checking it out!

The GL co-op is wonderful. My oldest graduated last year and was beyond ready for kindergarten. My youngest will be in the 4's class in the fall. They do only have 1 spot left in the 3's class.

From a teacher's perspective and bias, I adore our school - Grand Ledge Cooperative. It is my most rewarding teaching job ever and has been a dream career for me. I have a ton of support from our families. They are kind and friendly and welcoming to each other. I have enjoyed watching friendships blossom and the sense of strong community that comes from a parent run board. YOU, as a parent are involved in the decision making. As the oldest preschool in our community, it has evolved to stay current with education trends but also is traditional in the sense that there is a recognition and respect that the teacher is an extension of the family, there to foster and facilitate the love of learning. As parents, you are your child's first and most important teacher; a COOPERATIVE or as I like to say, "collaborative" school, honors that. We learn from the families and they learn from the educators and we all work together to create a well rounded, fun, meaningful, school experience for the children.

I highly recommend GL Coop. Amazing teachers, moral, parent involvement. A great place to build long lasting relationships and to be involved in the school. It's also one of the few schools that teach zoo phonics that prepare them for kindergarten!
