Trust me I won't & he better cancel it as we asked him to do so. Saving my emails though !! Also Dorothy Smith Reid we did all of that last year !! Yet our builder continues to use him instead of trying a guy we know for a fact is WAY more knowledgeable than him. Also they (the builder) does not offer surround sound, security system as part of the initial spec on the homes he builds so this guy comes in & wires AFTER all the walls are up !!! It is so stupid because it does not cost that much more to do it before hand & creates less work. When you say you build a "custom" home that in this day in time is a given in my opinion !!! Would never have used that builder if we had known that our real estate agent was getting kickbacks from him !!!
