Action Garage- 721-4401. Did a great job on mine. FYI - if you have a Marantec lift (popular lower grade lift), they are awful. Ours was here when we moved in. It would go part way up or down all the time. Cold weather affected more. Used to have someone come and mess with it every year. Finally replaced the lift.. Voila! Not a problem in over 3 years.

Jason from Garage Door Co just came out and fixed our problem! Apparently, where the middle rail was mounted on the door was too low, so as it would lower it would bend/pull a little and trigger the sensor. He mounted the arm rail higher on the door and now it's fixed! FYI for those following my post. Lol. Thanks again for the referral!

Jed, dont trust an out of state contractor...many unscrupulous folks looking to make quick money in a shady fashion. Many of my younger troops learned this the hard way. Good company I have heard rave reviews about is Salazar Roofing (www.salazarroofing.net)
